📚 Book Review: The Procrastination Cure by Damon Zahariades
If you’ve ever struggled with procrastination, lack of motivation, or just getting started (🙋♀️ guilty!), The Procrastination Cure by Damon Zahariades is worth the read.
I’ve read a lot of self-help books over the years, and it’s been a while since one actually gave me something new and useful. This one does.
Zahariades breaks procrastination down in a simple, no-fluff way — and most importantly, he gives actionable steps you can start using right away. From tackling overwhelm to finding focus and managing distractions, every chapter has something practical you can actually do.
I’ve already started putting a few of his strategies into practice, and they’re really helping. If you’ve been stuck in that “I’ll do it later” cycle, this book might just be the kickstart you need.
⭐ My takeaway: It’s not about becoming perfectly productive overnight — it’s about building small habits that make progress feel easier and more doable.
And if you have Kindle Unlimited, it is free to borrow!!
Or you can get it on Amazon

When I picked up The Let Them Theory, I didn’t expect two little words to change how I saw boundaries and guilt. But it did.
I used to over-explain everything—why I called off work, why I couldn’t make it to something, why I needed rest. I thought if people understood, I wouldn’t feel so guilty.
This book reminded me: their actions and opinions aren’t mine to carry. “Let them” judge, cancel, or misunderstand. My peace matters more.
My biggest takeaway? Boundaries don’t require an essay. A simple “no” is enough.
If you’re tired of people-pleasing or burning out trying to keep everyone happy, this book is freeing.
