Motherhood isn’t supposed to feel like survival mode every day. But after months (or even years) of pushing through stress, exhaustion, and guilt, that’s exactly where I found myself—burned out, disconnected, and unsure how to get back to me.
In this 8-part series, I’m sharing my story—what burnout looked like for me, the mindset and lifestyle shifts that helped me recover, and how I’m rebuilding a life that feels calm, grounded, and more aligned with what really matters.
If you’ve ever felt exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost a piece of yourself… you’re not alone. My hope is that this series helps you feel seen, gives you a sense of relief, and sparks ideas for your own healing.
